County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Notes:
1. FIP denotes found 'Iron pin.
2. This FACTUAL SURVEY was based on a previous survey by William F. Davis, Jr.,
dated May 27, 1980 and existing monuments recovered in the vicinity.
3. Previous survey by William F. Davis does not close mathematically by 2.5 feet.
4. This survey is subject to a Sanitary Sewer Easement in favor of Property Owners
Improvement District No. 247, in Pulaski Circuit Court, filed for record, June 8,
1989, as Case No. 89-3386, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
5. This survey is subject to an Easement or Right of Way for Kanis Road and any other
Easements or Rights of Way that might exist. No research for such conducted by this
Surveyor.
6. According to FIRM #050179 0264 C, dated May 16, 1983 for Pulaski County, part
of this property is located in Flood Zone `A2' and is in the 100 year flood plain.

property description set forth hereon are true and correct and prepared from an actual on
the ground survey of the real property shown hereon: (b) such survey was conducted by
