Staff Analysis: Z-6756 Wayne and Connie Carroll 12 Pinnacle View Cove Lot 250, Cypress Point R-2 A variance is requested from the area regulations of Section 36- 254 to permit construction of new home with a reduced rear yard. The configuration of the lot has created a problem with constructing the home the applicants propose to build on the lot. The property backs up to an open space and a lake.
