Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning
at the southwest corner of said NW1/4 SE1/4, said point being also
the northwest corner of Tract A, Andover Square, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence NO1`51'31"E along the west
line of said NW1/4 SE1/4, 194.53ft. to the southwest corner of land
occupied by "Pavilion in the Park"; thence S88'22'10"E along the
south line of said land, 398.05ft. to the west right-of-way line of
Andover Court; thence S10'43'39"W along said west right-of-way
line, 37.25ft.; thence S79'16'21"E and continuing along said west
right -of --way line 5.00ft.; thence S10'43'39"W and continuing along
said west right-of-way line, 56.84ft.; thence southeasterly and
continuing along said west right--of-way line, being the arc of a
109.26ft. radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of
514'30'43"E, 93.21ft.; thence 546'43'56"W, 24.46ft. to a point
on the north line of Tract A, Andover Square; thence N87'30'31"W
along said north line, 397.50ft. to the point of beginning,
