RE: Variance Request – Tract 7B (Unrecorded) Chenal Valley
Gentlemen,
The Owner, PotlatchDeltic requests a variance to permit the construction of a four-story senior
apartment building. To conform with the steep site a taller building is necessary to reduce the
overall building footprint. Due to the architectural elements of the structure, we are asking for a
height of 56 feet.
We are also requesting a variance, if necessary to construct garages within 10 feet of the property
lines.
I have attached preliminary plans of the proposed improvements with elevations, a current
survey, the application form, the owner’s affidavit. We will hand deliver a check for the
application fee.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment.
