GAL DESCRIPTION
TRACT I - Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 165, JOHN BARROW'S ADDITION to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page55,
and S%: of that portion of West 30' Street between Barrow Road and Ludwig Street,
abutting Blocks 165 and 166 of John Barrow's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, vacated and closed by Ordinance Number 16,176, recorded February 27, 1992,
as Instrument No. 92-11863.
LLSS AND EXCEPT a tract of land situated in Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 165, John
Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 3;
thence N 88°29'58" W, along South line of said Lot, 8.69 feet; thence along the proposed
West right of way line of John Barrow Road the following courses and distances: N
01 °27'02" W, 73.46 feet; N 01'40' 15" E, 50.0 feet; thence N 07'26'19" E, 69.65 feet;
thence S 87°48'27" E, along the North line of said Lot 6, said North lot line also being
the South right of way line of West 39'h Street, 5.78 feet; thence S 01'41'53" W, along
the existing West right of way line of John Barrow Road, 192.58 feet to the point of
beginning.
TRACT 2- Lots 1, 2,3 and 4, Block 166, JOHN BARROW'S ADDITION to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Boox 1, Page
55, and the N%z of that portion of West 39`h Street between Barrow Road and Ludwig
Street, abutting Blocks 165 and 166 of John Barrow's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, vacated and closed by Ordinance Number 16,176 recorded Februar_r 27, 1992,
as Instrument No. 92-11863.
LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land situated in Lots 1, 2 3 and 4, Block 166, John
Barrow's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being; more
particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 1;
thence N 87°48'24" W, along the South line of said lot, said South lot line also being the
North right of way line of West 30 Street, 4,80 feet; thence along the proposrsi West
right of way line of John Barrow Road, N 01'40'15" E, 140.71 feet and N 03°49'52" W,
52.15 feet; thence S 87°48'24" E, along the North line of said Lot 4, 9.89 feet; thence S
01'4 F53" W, along the existing West right of way line of John Barrow Road, 192.58 feet
to the point of beginning.
