Provide notification of property owners located within 200 -feet of the site, complete with the certified abstract list, notice form with affidavit executed and proof of mailing. The notice must be mailed no later than March 15, 2006. The Office of Planning and Development must receive the proof of notice no later than March 24, 2006. 2. The request is for the placement of a sign ten feet in height and 90 square feet in area. The site was not previously approved for a ground mounted sign on the site. Variance/Waivers: Public Works Conditions: 1. The placement of a sign at the proposed location will create a site distance problem. At this location visual obstructions should not be constructed that are less than 8 feet tall and more than 2 feet tall.
