LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PARCEL 1: Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 165, JOHN BARROW ADDITION to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the North half of
that portion of West 39th Street between Barrow Road and Ludwig
Street, abutting Block 165 and 166 of John Barrow Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, vacated and closed by Ordinance
Number 17,176 recorded February 27, 1992 as Instrument Number
92-11863.
LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land situated in Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block
165, John Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at the SF, corner of said Lot 3; thence N 88°29'58" W, along
the South line of said Lot, 8.69 feet; thence along the proposed West
right of way line of John Barrow Road the following courses and
distances: N 0127'02" E, 73.46 feet; N 01040'15" F„ 50.0 feet; N
07026'19" E, 69.65 feet; thence South 87°48'27" E, along the North
line of said Lot 6, said North lot line also being the South right of way
line of West 39th Street, 5.78 feet; thence S 01°41'53" W, along the
existing West right of way line of John Barrow Road, 192.58 feet to
the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 166, JOHN BARROW ADDITION to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the S112 of that
portion of West 39th Street between Barrow Road and Ludwig Street,
abutting Blocks 165 and 166 of John Barrow Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, vacated and closed by Ordinance Number
16,176 recorded February 27, 1992 as Instrument Number 92-
11863.

the South line of said Lot, said South lot line also being the North
right of way line of West 39th Street, 4.80 feet; thence along the
proposed West right of way line of John Barrow Road N 01°52'40" E,
140.71 feet and North 03°49'52" W, 52.15 feet; thence S 87048'24" E,
along the North lige of said Lot' 4, 9.89 feet; thence S 01°41'53" W,
along the ex .ting right of way line of John Barrow Road, 192.58 feet
to the point of beginning.
