This item was withdrawn by the applicant in writing on
June 16, 1999.
2. STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the withdrawal.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENTS: (JUNE 17, 1999)
Staff informed the Commission of receiving the written request
for withdrawal prior to the Subdivision Committee. Since Staff
supported the withdrawal and the Committee had no questions,
there was no discussion of the item.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(JULY 8, 1999)
Staff presented the item with a recommendation for withdrawal
as requested by the applicant. There were no registered
objectors or supporters present.
The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and approved as
recommended by Staff for withdrawal. The vote was 10 ayes,
0 nays, and 1 absent.
