PROPOSAL: The applicant has requested that a Wireless
Communication Facility Permit be granted to
install a 150 foot tower facility on this
property.
STAFF UPDATE: (JUNE 22, 2000)
Staff has determined that this proposal will not have to be
reviewed by the Commission. The proposed site would meet all
ordinance Development Standards and can be reviewed
administratively for an approval decision. Therefore, Staff
recommends the item be withdrawn from this agenda.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(JUNE 22, 2000)
Staff informed the Commission that it was determined that this
application could be reviewed administratively. Staff
recommended that the application be withdrawn.
The Chairperson placed the item before the Commission for
inclusion within the Consent Agenda for withdrawal. A motion
to that effect was made. The motion passed by a vote of 9 ayes,
0 nays and 2 absent.
