NOTES:
1. ALL PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE WHITE IN COLOR EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE
NOTED.
2. THE ENGINEER SHALL APPROVE ALL PAVEMENT MARKING MATERIALS.
3. ALL STREETS, DRIVES, WALKS, DRAINAGE STRUCTURES, FENCES, UTILITIES, ETC..
THAT ARE DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RESTORED TO THEIR
ORIGINAL OR BETTER CONDITION USING LIKE MATERIALS. COST OF SUCH REPAIRS
SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CONTRACTOR UNLESS PROVISION FOR PAYMENT IS MADE
IN THE PROPOSAL.
4. ALL PARKING STALL MARKINGS ARE TO BE 4" SOLID WHITE.
5. ALL SIGN POSTS TO BE STANDARD CHANNEL STEEL 2# PER L.F..
6. ALL MARKINGS AND SIGNS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS AND TO
REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN THE MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
7. ACCURACY OF EXISTING CONTOURS IS NOT GUARANTEED. CONTRACTOR
RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFICATION OF EXISTING GRADES.
8. CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY DEPTHS AND SIZES OF EXISTING UTILITIES TO BE
CROSSED PRIOR TO LAYING NEW LINES, OR EXCAVATING. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT
SUBMIT CLAIM FOR EXTRA WORK PERFORMED FOR LAYING NEW LINES THAT CONFLICT
WITH EXISTING UTILITIES WHICH WERE NOT VERIFIED PRIOR TO NEW WORK.
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENGINEER OF ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS.
9. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO FACE OF CURB UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
10. REFERENCE THE DETAIL ON THIS SHEET FOR THE PAVEMENT SECTION.
11. CONTRACTOR IS TO MAINTAIN TRAFFIC ON EXISTING STREET DURING NORMAL
FACILITY WORKING HOURS.
12. ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD DETAILS.
13. RELOCATE EXISTING SIGNS WITHIN CONSTRUCTION AREA AND REPLACE THEM
WHEN CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE ACCORDING TO UTILITY COMPANY
LOCATIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS.
