The undersigned, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor
in the State of Arkansas, certifies to the parties named
below as follows; to the best of our knowledge and ability:
1, The plat and the survey upon which It is based was
conducted on the ground by me or under my supervision and
complies with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, developed jointly by the
American Land Title Association and American Congress on
Surveying and Mapping in 1992,
2, To the best of our knowledge and ablUty, the survey
plat shows the boundaries and dimensions of the property,
the area of the subject property and the location, size
and type of improvements on the subject property,
3. Except as may be shown hereon, no encroachments of
any kind on to or off the subject property were noted at
the time of survey.
4. To the best of our knowledge and aloRty, alt platted
easements, building Unes and/or rights-of-way are shown
hereon, as well as any other matters affecting the subject
property of which we have been advised.
5, To the best of our knowledge, the subject property
has access to and from a duly dedicated public street
or highway, unFess otherwise indicated.
6. To the best of our knowledge, the subject property
forms a mathematically closed figure, unless otherwise
indicated,
7. Except as may be shown hereon, the subject property
does not 1,e within any prescribed flood hazard zone,
according to FIRM maps for the area, panel# 050181 0006 E,
dated NOVEMBER 3, 1993.
