Match details of existing windows. ii) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed. 3) Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair a) Remove damaged soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same dimension, shape and profile. b) Caulk, prime, and paint. 4) Wood Windows a) Repair wood windows to an operating state. i) Replace sashes only when more than one member of the sash is rotten. ii) Clean, repair, reglaze and repaint sashes and jambs. iii) Replace cord and weights where needed. 5) Exterior Door a) Remove c. 1970s non-functional exterior door veneers on the East and West elevations. b) Replace with vertical bead board siding and repair exterior casing. c) The overall appearance of the non -operable doors are to reflect where openings existed in the past that are non-functional today, in as simple a design as possible.
