The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2023-022 at the August
3, 2023 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved with
conditions your Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of all structures at 913
McMath Ave. The final vote was 5 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent and 0 recusals.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original will be mailed to the property
owner’s mailing address and should be kept with their important papers. I have also
enclosed a copy for your use. Please submit a copy of the signed COA with any relevant
permit applications for this project, as well as this letter, for a smoother permit review.
