I have received the certified mail receipts and all public notice requirements have been fulfilled for this application. The
public hearing for your Certificate of Appropriateness application for your project at 913 McMath Avenue is scheduled
for August 3rd at 4pm at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center, 3805 W. 12th Street, Little Rock. Attached is a

This is a reminder to provide the certified mail receipts to staff at least six (6) days before the scheduled public hearing.
You may bring these by our office in person or provide copy scans of the receipts. The green and white certified
receipts must be stamped by the Post Office and have the mailing name and address of the recipient filled out.
