Rock Historic District Commission public hearing. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-022 for demolition, at 913 McMath Avenue will be heard
before the Historic District Commission on August 3 rd, 2023. The hearing will be held in
the Auditorium room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12 th
Street. The hearing will begin at 4:00pm.
Your amendment will be Item One on the agenda. The owner or authorized
representative must be present in order for the item to be heard.
