Forgive me if you have already completed this step in notification but I wanted to double check. I want to confirm that
you’ve picked up the two required COA public notice property signs from our office. These are required to be posted on
site in the front of the property to be seen from the street, facing McMath St. and facing McGowan St., 10 days before
the scheduled public hearing. If you have not posted these signs on the property, the signs are furnished by Planning &
Development staff at 723 W. Markham and must be posted on the property no later than July 24th.
Public Notice Requirements Following Filing Confirmation:
Public Notice Letter – send to staff following filing confirmation to verify required information.
Certified Mail Receipt – after sending out public notice letters, provide staff with completed certified mail
receipts and a copy of the letter with signed affidavit
COA property sign posting – pick up 2 COA signs from the Planning & Development Department at 723 W.
Markham and follow posting requirements.
