You may pay by check or cash to the permit desk, or through me, at the Planning & Development Department, 723 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR 72201. Checks can be made out to the City of Little Rock Planning & Development Department. Please remember to send me a copy of the completed public notice letter before sending the certified letters to surrounding property owners. Before sending out public notice letters, you will need to submit a completed application and filing fee and then receive confirmation from staff that it has been received and the filing fee paid. Following, staff will provide the meeting location and date for the scheduled public hearing and a copy of the public notice will be submitted to staff for review. Once staff confirms the public notice letter has all the correct and required information, then public notice can be sent out. Application Submittals: • Completed “Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness” • Authorization of Representation Affidavit • Photographs of all elevations of the property showing present condition • Support documents for demolition submittals (examples on page 1 of the application packet) • Filing fee payment • List of property owners provided by a licensed abstractor
