Beginning at the Southwest corner of said S12 NE1/4 SW1/4, thence N 01°28'20" E,
along the West line of said S12 NEI/4 SW1/4, 634.0 feet to the South right of way of
Taylor Loop Road; thence S 77134'46" E, along said South right of way line 241.8 feet to
the point of curvature of a curve to the left (said curve having a radius of 530.29 feet);
thence in a Southeasterly direction along the arc of said curve to the left to a point on the
West right of way line of Rahling Road (said curve segment have a chord bearing and
distance of S 7705 I'34" E, 7.83 feet), said point being on the are of a curve to the left
(said curve having i radius of 20,120.13 feet); thence in a Southwesterly direction along
the arc of said cures to the left and the west right of way line of Rahling Road to the point
of tangency (said curve segment having a chord bearing and distance of S 14006'03" W,
20.27 feet); thence S 74006'33" E, 4.58 feet; thence S 15034'52" W, along the West right
of way line of Rahling Road, 119.40 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the
left(said curve having a radius of 999.93 feet); thence in a Southwesterly direction along
the arc of said curve to the left and the West right of way line of Rahling Road to the
point of tangency thereof (said curve segment having a chord bearing and distance of S
13028'52" W, 73.28 feet); thence, continue along the West right of way of Rahling Road,
S 11°22'58" W, 320.21 feet; thence continue along the West right of way line of Rahling
Road to a point on the South line of the said S12 NEI/4 SWIM (said curve segment
having a chord be ling and distance of S 13017'51" W 60.86 feet); thence N 89054'59"
W, along the Sou' line of said S1/2 NEI/4 SWIM, 133.21 feet to point of beginning,
containing 2.65 anus, more or less.
