Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the June 1st Little Rock
Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is denial as
submit/approval with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with
the staff report before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-016 for signage, at 523 E. Capitol will be heard before the
Historic District Commission on June 1st, 2023. The hearing will be held in the
Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12 th
Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be Item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
