Good afternoon,
Please see aƩached leƩer and filing fee receipt confirming your completed Certficate of Appropriateness application to
the Little Rock Historic District Commission for the installation of a new free-standing sign and new adhesive graphics
door sign at 523 E. Capitol Avenue. Your applicaƟon will be heard at the June 1st, 2023 HDC public hearing. The hearing
starts at 4:00PM at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12 th Street, Little Rock. Please follow
exact instrucions for public notfication as outlined in the COA application document (attached here for convenience).
Please provide the following information:
• What is the post material for the proposed free-standing sign and has the adhesive graphics sign already been
applied to the front door of the building?
Remember to send me a copy of the completed public noƟce leƩer and the list of addresses provided by a licensed
abstractor before sending the certfied letter to surrounding property owners. The public notice letter must have the
correct public hearing date/locaƟon and be signed by the applicant at the boƩom of the page.
