Good afternoon Nathan,
I’ve received your updated signage design and plan. I saw in your forwarded email correspondence with the Conway
Sign Company that you intend to put the new sign at the minimum allowed setback. I’m missing three items in order to
accept your application:
1. A survey showing the proposed sign with the proposed setbacks.
2. Completed Historic District Commission application documents.
3. Filing fee
To complete an application to the Historic District Commission, you may fill out the application found on the City’s HDC
webpage and email the completed forms to me or bring the application to the Planning & Development office at 723 W
Markham. Do not forget to complete page 4 if you are an authorized representative of the owner. Here is a link to the
application: https://www.littlerock.gov/media/17589/historic-district-commission-2022-application-1.pdf. You will also
need to submit a $100 filing fee to the permit desk, or to myself, for the application to be considered complete. Our
department accepts checks or cash. The next filing deadline is April 3rd, 2023.

So I staked off 5 foot from the sidewalk edge, or edge of what I assume is our property line. Then spread the
measurement out 8 foot between stakes. You can see the wooden stakes in the pictures…hopefully…. If this is not what
you need let me know and I will do it again. Thank you very much Chris for your help.
