I’ve received the survey. I’m seeing that the proposed sign locaƟon has a 2Ō to 2.24Ō setback from the property lines.
For property zoned Urban Use (UU) signs are required to have a minimum setback of five (5) feet from any property line,
measured from the closest edge of the sign. If you would like to submit an applicaƟon for the sign to be located with the
setbacks shown, the applicaƟon will need to be reviewed by the Board of Adjustments. Just want to make sure if you are
wanƟng to go the Board of Adjustments route or if you plan on amending the site plan!
To complete an applicaƟon to the Historic District Commission, file out the applicaƟon found on the City’s HDC webpage
and feel free to email the completed forms to me or bring the applica Ɵon to the Planning & Development office at 723
W Markham. Here is a link to the applicaƟon: hƩps://www.liƩlerock.gov/media/17589/historic-district-commission-
2022-applicaƟon-1.pdf. You will also need to submit a $100 filing fee to the permit desk, or to myself, for the applicaƟon
to be considered complete. The next filing deadline is March 6, 2023.
