3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
4 15,763 (SEPTEMBER 6, 2022), TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER
5 TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH FUSUS,
6 LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
7 FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($50,245.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND
8 FEES, FOR THE ANNUAL FUSUSONE ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE
9 SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
10 DEPARTMENT'S REAL TIME CRIME CENTER; AND FOR OTHER
111 PURPOSES.

13 WHEREAS, Bid Event No. 1577 was issued for a Software Management System for the Little Rock
14 Police Department Real Time Crime Center; and,
1I5 WHEREAS,pursuant to Bid Event No. 1577, Fusus, LLC, was identified was the only manufacturer
6 that built a common operating platform that did not require a complete replacement of video cameras,
7 recorders, servers or network equipment at video transmitting locations.
18 WHEREAS, on September 6, 2022, the City Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 15,763, to
19 authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Fusus, LLC, in an amount not to exceed One
20 Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($128,937.00), plus applicable
21 taxes and fees,for the purchase of the FususONE Enterprise Software, which included the Annual Service
22 Agreement.
23 WHEREAS, an amendment to the contract, in the amount of Fifty Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-
24 Five Dollars ($50,245.00), is necessary due to the inclusion of twenty (20) additional Core Light
25 Appliances and twenty (20) additional Core Pro Appliances, bringing the total annual contract amount to
26 One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand, One Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars ($179,182.00), plus applicable
27 taxes and fees.
28 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
29 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
3 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to
3 the current contract with Fusus, LLC, in the amount of Fifty Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Five Dollars
31 i ($50,245.00), plus applicable taxes and fees, for the Annual FususONE Enterprise Software Services
33 Agreement for the Little Rock Police Department Real Time Crime Center, bringing the total annual

1 contract amount to One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand, One Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars
2 ($179,182.00),plus applicable taxes and fees.
3 Section 2. Funding for this project is available from Seized Funds Account No. 270529-G35148.
4 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
5 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
8 resolution.
9 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, including Little Rock,
10 Ark., Resolution No. 15,763 (September 6, 2022), that are inconsistent with the provisions of this
11 resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
