As the President of our association, I want to assure you that our community fully endorses their plan. Casey Dillard spoke at our association meeting on April 10, 2023, and presented the plans for the accessory structure. Our members were impressed with the attention to detail and the design of the proposed structure, and after careful consideration, the Capitol View Stifft Station Neighborhood Association voted to approve the zoning variance. We believe that the proposed accessory structure is in keeping with the character of our neighborhood and will be a valuable addition to the Dillard's property. We are confident that this project will enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood while providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing space for the Dillard family. We respectfully request that you give full consideration to the Dillard's proposal and grant the necessary zoning variance.
