I would like to request permission to build a 6 foot retaining wall
on the east side of the property at 93 Orle Circle. The proposed
wall location is marked in yellow on the attached survey. The wall
has been approved by the Chenal Architectural Committee. The
wall as requested by Chenal will have a iron fence on the wall.
