Thanks for clarifying that you are now the new utility contact for LR Water Reclamation on Planning/Board of Adjustment issues.
Attached and below is an email and Board of Adjustment (BOA) variance request from my client’s legal counsel for a property I represent in an impending commercial real estate transaction.
The property in question encroaches on a 7.5’ utility easement as outlined in Mr. Chiders attached BOA application letter and noted on the accompanying survey. We are seeking BOA action
at their May 18th meeting to support a variance regarding this encroachment and would appreciate your utility’s official review of this matter.

Mr. Moore – please find attached a completed Application for Zoning Variance that we are submitting on behalf of H.F. Enterprises, LLC. I understand from my conversation earlier today
with Jamie Collins that we can submit the application to you via email. I have also attached a .pdf of a recent survey for this property per the application requirements. Our courier
will hand deliver a check to your office this afternoon for the $250 application fee. Please let us know of any questions or if you need anything else from us at this time for the
application.
