Mr. Vance, Attached and below is an email and Board of Adjustment (BOA) variance request from my client’s legal counsel for a property I represent in an impending commercial real estate transaction.  The property in question encroaches on a 7.5’ utility easement as outlined in Mr. Chiders attached BOA application letter and noted on the accompanying survey.  We are seeking BOA action at their May 18th meeting to support a variance regarding this encroachment and would appreciate your utility’s official review of this matter.
