Application is hereby made to the Little Rock Board of Adjustment pursuant to Act 186 of 1957. Acts of

The applicant feels that strict enforcement of these provisions would be a hardship and is requesting variance(s) in
this case for the following reason(s): The strict enforcement of the literal provisions of Section 36-11(f) would cause
undue hardship to the applicant if it is required to demolish a portion of the _
building and relocate the south wall of the building out of the easement.
It is hereby agreed that the required filing fee will be paid i ediately after filing and acceptance of this

accomplished as required.
