LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A parcel of land situated in the NE} NE} of Section 21, and also in the
SE} SE} of Section 16, both in Township 1 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Mer-Ldian,being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 21; thence along the

feet to the Point of Beginning; thence along a curve to the right an are
