A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence
South 89 degrees 11 minutes East, along the North line of the said Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, 193.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 11
minutes East along sold North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 316.8
feet; thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes East, 123.9 feet to a point on the North right of
way line of Col. Glenn Road; thence South 79 degrees 30 minutes West, along said North
right of way line 320.4 feet; thence North 00 degrees 34 minutes West, 186.8 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed to Arkansas State Highway Commission by Warranty
Deed dated June 05, 2000 and recorded July 14, 2000 in Instrument No. 2000-048293; AND
FURTHER AND SIMULTANEOUSLY CONVEYED to Arkansas State Highway Commission by Warranty
Deed dated July 13, 2000 and recorded July 14, 2000 in Instrument No. 2000-048294.
AND BEING a portion of the same property conveyed to Dempsey R. Avery and John C. Ford,
both married persons from Altus C. Gartman, and Mary L. Gartman, husband and wife by
