6. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH OSHA AND STATE SAFETY REQUIREMENT'S. PROGE7URE5 FOR THE PROTEGTION OF
EXGAVATION5, EXISTING CON5TRUGTION AND UTILITIES SHALL BE ESTABLISHED PRIOR TO FOUNDATION INSTALLATION. IF
TEMPORARY LIGHTING AND MARKING 15 REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAN, IT 15 TIE
GONTRAGTOR'5 RESPONSIBILITY To MAINTAIN THE NEGE-56ARY LE6HT5 AND NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES IN THE
EVENT OF A PROBLEM.
1. ALL WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL CODES AND ORDINANCES.
THE MOST STRINGENT CODE WILL APPLY IN THE CASE OF DI5CREPANGIE5 OR DIFFERENGE5 IN THE CODE
REQUIREMENT5.
B. ANY DAMAGE TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES SHALL 13E CORREGTD AT THE CONTRACTORS EXPENSE,
1. THE CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AMPLE NOTICE TO THE BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT TO
SCHEDULE THE REQUIRED INSPEGTION5. A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS OF NOTICE 5HALL BE GIVEN AND THE BUILDING
IN5PEGTION DEPARTMENTS HAVE REQ11E5TED THAT GROUPS OF TWO OR THREE SITES BE 5CHEDULFD AT ONE TIME IF
POSSIBLE.
10. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WILL CONFIRM FAA APPROVAL OF TOYER LOCATION BY ISSUING TONER RELEASE FORM. NO
TONER SHALL BE CON5TR rTED UNTIL THE TONER RELEASE FORM 15 ISSUED TO THE CONTRACTOR
II. THE COMPLETE BID PACKAGE INGLUDES THESE CON5TRUGTION DRAWINGS ALONG HITH UTNE FINAL RF DESIGN AND TONER
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS. CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW OF TOTAL BID PACKAGE PRIOR TO BID SUBMITTAL.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WITHIN CONSTRUCTION LIMITS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
13. THE CONTRAGTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING P051TIVE DRAINAGE ON THE SITE AT ALL TIMES. SILT AND EROSION
CONTROL SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON THE DOWNSTREAM 51DE OF THEE 51TE AT ALL TIMES. ANY DAMAGE TO ADJAGENT
PROPERTIES SHALL BE CORRECTED AT THE CONTRACTORS EXPENSE.
14. CLEARING OF TREES AND VEGETATION ON THE SITE SHOULD BE HELD TO A MINIMUM. ONLY THE TREES NECESSARY FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITIES SHALL 13E REMOVED. ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE LEASE PROPERTY
SHALL BE REPAIRED BY THE GONTRAGTOR
15. ALL SUITABLE BORRON MATERIAL FOR BACK FILL OF THE SITE SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE BID. EXCESS TOP501L AND
UNSUITABLE MATERIAL SHALL BE D15POSW OF OFF SITE AT LOCATIONS APPROVED BY GOVERNING AGENGIE5 PRIOR TO
DISPOSAL.
Ib. 5E MING AND MULCHING OF THE SITE SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED AS SOON A5 POSSIBLE AFTER COMPLETION OF THE
SITE DEVELOPMENT. THE CONTRACTOR 15 RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING AN ADEQUATE COVER OF
VEGETATION OVER THE SITE FOR A ONE YEAR PERIOD.
11. PERMITS, OBTAIN AND PAY POR REQUIRED PERMITS, LICENSES, FEES, INSPECTIONS, ETG.

AT THE DESIGNATED EXCAVATION DEPTH, THE UNSATISFACTORY 501L SHALL BE EXCAVATED TO I1-5 P9111..
DEPTH AND EITHER BE REPLACED WITH MECHANICALLY COMPACTED GRANULAR MATERIAL OR THE EXCAVATION
BE FILLED WITH CONCRETE OF THE SAME QUALITY SPECIFIED FOR THE FOUNDATION.
4. ANY EXCAVATION OVER THE REQUIRED DEPTH SHALL BE FILLED WITH EITHER MECHANICALLY COMPACTED
GRANULAR MATERIAL OF CONCRETE OF THE SAME QUALITY SPECIFIED FOR THE FOUNDATION. CRUSHED
STONE MAY BE USED TO 5TABILIZE THE BOTTOM OF THE EXCAVATION. STONE, IF USED, SHAM NOT BE
U5EM AS COMPILING CONCRETE THICKNESS.
5. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE FOLMDATION AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION BELON GRADE:, AND BEFORE BACK
