Rezoning Application
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owner for this project would like to rezone the properties from R-2 and 0-3 to C-3. These
properties contain approximately 4.618 acres and are located near the northeast corner of Cantrell
Road and Valley Ranch Drive.
The existing landowners are FC Grass Farms LLC and 18404 Cantrell LLC with an address of 6020 Ranch
Drive, Suite C-7, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223, and the Source of Title is Instrument Numbers 2017-
036076. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The proposed
source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal being collected by Little
Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
The owner has listed the property for sale for years as office property. With the commercial corridor
stretching west along Cantrell Road the owner is hopeful the property would sell and develop.
