Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday July 14, 2023. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide a cover letter describing the project in detail.
Provide proposed uses for all buildings. (staff suggests C-3 permitted uses for the nonresidential buildings)
Proposed building height for each building is required.
Describe exterior building materials.
Any dumpsters on the site must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
