That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-4, 13 Two -Family District, and C-3, General Commercial District, to PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 14 Z-9810: Described as the North 1/3 of Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 406, Duval's Addition 15 to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 16 AND 17 The North'/z of Lot 3, Block 406, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski 18 County, Arkansas. 19 AND 20 The North '/2 of Lots 1 & 2, Block 406, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, 21 Pulaski County, Arkansas. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 31 Section 5. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
