Thanks for the message with the comments. Upon review, please be advised:
1. How will the trash be collected?
We intend to have the standard portable wheeled trash buckets stationed inside the rear fenced portion for use by the tenants.
On pick up days, the tenants will be responsible to cart the buckets from the alley to the curbside at 23rd Street and return the empty
buckets to the rear yard area after pick up.
2. All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (sign permitted in multifamily zones).
No signage is planned for this development.
3. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
As indicated on the site plan, there is an intent to install one LED pole light to cover the rear parking area and one at the south gate
at 23rd Street. All lighting shall be directed away from adjacent properties.
We hope that the response to your comments are adequate. I’ve not determined a need to revise the previously issued site plan. If required, please let me know by tomorrow (Friday, July
14, 2023).

Thanks for the attachment with comments from other departments. Upon review, I didn’t see any specific comment(s) relative to Z-9808 which required a response prior to the public hearing.
