KustomMade Properties is pleased to present the City of Little Rock
Planning and Zoning with our proposed plan for the pzd rezoning
request. KustomMade Properties offers Commercial and Residential
Services. KustomMade has been around since 2012 and been in
business since 2017 offering services such as rehabilitations,
renovations, demolition, new construction and development to the
citizens of Central Arkansas.
KustomMade Properties mission is to provide the most professional,
informative, loyal, and dedicated services to our clients. KustomMade
has invested in properties in Arkansas, across the Chicagoland area and
has continued to expand its footprint in the real estate community. The
best interests of our clients will always come first, and we will place the

What we do at KustomMade Properties is out of passion and respect.
The cover letter is to outline our plans for our requested rezoning to
change the subject property of 2501 S. State St. from O-3 to PZD zoning. I am
also asking along with the PZD rezoning that C-3 be included as a permitted
use and alternative option. I am asking to use the current building as mini-
warehouses with possible office spaces on the top floor. The building’s
exterior will not be changed and there will be no outside storage on site of
any kind. There will not be any boats or trailers left onsite, and all trash will
be contained in the current waste management contained bins. Lastly, I will
provide a current site plan and survey that shows the current building on the
plot and nothing else will be needed since the storage will all be contained inside.
