Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday July 14, 2023. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Show dumpster location on site plan. Any dumpsters on the site must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Will the property be fenced/gated? Will there be a key code to access property?
All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial/office zones).
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Provide information on the building’s access: existing doors, loading/unloading areas.
Please submit the days and hours of operation.
All existing asphalt/concrete areas must be maintained and repaired as needed.
