MEMORANDUM OF ANTENNA SITE AGREEMENT

This Memorandum made this a� day of 2004, between SBA Properties, Inc., a
corporation of the State of Florida, with its principal o0ices located at 5900 Broken Sound Parkway N.W., 2nd Floor,
Boca Raton, FL 33487-2797, hereinafter designated "Owner", and Verizon Wireless Tennessee Partnership, a
Delaware general partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless with its principal offices at 180 Washington Valley Road,
Bedminster, NJ 07921-2120, hereinafter designated "Tenant".
1. Owner and Tenant entered into an Antenna Site Agreement on for a term of
five (5) years with the right to renew for four (4) additional five (5) year terms unless tenni ated in accordance with
the terms of the Antenna Site Agreement.
2. In consideration of the rental set forth in the Antenna Site Agreement, Owner hereby leases to Tenant
approximately 128 (6' x 14' 8" + 4' x 10') square feet of that certain Property commonly known as 8200 Flint Ridge
Road, located in the City of Little Rock, County of Puaski, State of Arkansas 72210-4014, which property is more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, together with non-exclusive
easements for ingress and egress and utilities as more fully described in the Antenna Site Agreement. The portion
of such Property leased to Tenant is more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated
herein, being a portion of the premises leased to Owner, as reflected in the Memorandum of Land Lease in
Instrument No. 98-100584, as assigned in Instrument No. 2001045963, in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk for
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
3. The Antenna Site Agreement commences on earlier of the date that Tenant begins installation of its
Equipment at the Site or March 1, 2005, except as provided herein. If the Commencement Date is determined by
the date Tenant begins installation of its Equipment, and such install occurs on or between the first and the fifteenth
day of a month, the Commencement Cate will be the first day of that month and, if such install occurs on or
between the sixteenth and the last day of the month, the Commencement Date will be the first day of the following
month. A copy of the Antenna Site Agreement is on file in the office of the Owner and Tenant.

4. The terms, covenants and provisions of the Antenna Site Agreement of which this is a Memorandum,
shall extend to and be binding upon the respective executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of
Owner and Tenant.
