Dear Don:
Recently, we have had a couple calls concerning the new cell site location at 10500
Chicot Road. The calls revolve around the lack of landscaping around the perimeter of
the lease area.
In an earlier discussion, you had agreed to have Burford Hollies a minimum of 30 inches
in height planted every three to four feet around the perimeter of the leased area, plant
two 2 -inch caliper trees, and to remove the debris. As of this date the debris has been
removed but no plants installed.
The City must now respectfully request the landscaping be installed as soon as possible.
Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
