in Book D, Page 080 of the plat records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
3: The elevations shown hereon are based on the NAVD88 Datum.
4: The latitude and longitude shown hereon are based on the NAD83 Datum and meet or exceed the minimum requirements

Part of Lot 23R of Towne Oaks Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as platted in Book B,
Page 630 of the plat records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 23R; run thence South 87'30'08" East along the line
between Lots23R and 24R -R 39.98 feet; Thence North 02'29'52" East 5.00 feet to a #5 Rebar and the point of
beginning; Thence North 02'13'52" East along a line parallel with Towne Oaks Drive 30.00 feet to a #5 Rebar;
Thence South 8r30'O8" East parallel with the South line of said Lot 23R 50.00 feet to a #5 Rebar; Thence
South 02'13'57' West 30.00 feet to a #5 Rebar; Thence North 87'30'08" West 50.00 feet to the point of
beginning; Containing 0.034 Acres more or less.
TELECORP ACCESS EASEMENT:
An easement, 12 feet wide, for ingress and egress between Towne Oaks Drive and the Telecorp Lease Boundary, in
part of Lot 23R of Towne Oaks Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as platted in Book B, Page
630 of the plat records of Pulaski County, being 6.00 feet either side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Telecorp lease boundary, 6.50 feet North 02'13'57' East of the
Southwest corner thereof; run thence North 89'24'23" West 40.02 feet to the East right-of-way of Towne Oaks
Drive and the end of said centerline. The side lines are intended to be projected so as to terminate at said
lease boundary and said right-of-way.

6.90 feet; Thence S87'30'08"E, parallel with the South line of said Lot 23R, a distance of 46.06 feet to the
point of beginning; Thence NO2'13'52"E, parallel with said West line, a distance of 10.00 feet; Thence
S87'30'08'E, parallel with said South line, a distance of 13.00 feet; Thence S02'13'52"W, parallel with said
West line, a distance of 10.00 feet; Thence N87'37'08"W, parallel with said South line, a distance of 13.00

Southwest corner of said Lot 23R; Thence S87'30'0S"E, along the South line of said Lot 23R, a distance of 63.71
feet; Thence NO2'13'52"E, parallel with the West line of said Lot 23R, a distance of 6.90 feet to the point of
beginning; Thence continuing NO2'13'52"E, parallel with said West line, a distance of 10.00 feet; Thence
S87'30'05"E, parallel with said South line, a distance of 9.00 feet; Thence S02'13'527W, parallel with said West
line, a distance of 10.00 feet; Thence N8T30'08"W, parallel with said South line, a distance of 9.00 feet to the

follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 23R; Thence 1\102'13'52' E, along the West line of said
Lot 23R, a distance of 27.42 feet to the point of beginning; Thence 589'24'23"E a distance of 51.83 feet;
Thence S02'13'52"W, parallel with said West line, a distance of 12.25 feet to an ending point on the North line
of the above described Lease Area, said point being S89'24'23"E a distance of 5.75 feet from the Northwest
corner of the above described lease area. Containing 64.08 linear feet.
