Please find an Application for a building permit, filed on behalf of my client AT&T
Wireless. Also enclosed with the application are two (2) sets of construction drawings
and a structural letter.
As indicated on the site plans, AT&T is replacing the six (6) existing antennas with six
(6) new dual pole antennas, extending the existing pad and adding two new equipment
cabinets. The site is at 3001 West 60th St.
I would appreciate it if you would begin your review of this application and let me know
the cost of the permit. If I can provide any additional information, please do not hesitate
