of a parcel of land described as follows: The South one hundred fifty (150) feet
of the following described tract of land: The East one hundred fifty (150) feet
of the Fowler Block in Stevenson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and a triangular piece of ground extending North and South through the Fowler Block
with a base of 26.7 feet on 7th Street and an apex on 6th Street, and lying between
the Gracie tract on the West and A. Mills and C.F. Penzel on the East, as shown
on the recorded plat of the Fowler Block, according to the last deed of record in
the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-0fficio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
