Dear Mr. Dooley:
The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program has had an opportunity to re-
view the revised plans for the Penzel Place Apartments. We are very
pleased with the design changes and the resultant plan. The concerns
which we expressed in our letter of February 6, 1984 have been alleviated
and we recommend that a Certificate of Appropriateness be issued for
the project.
