MIKE DOOLEY, PLANNER III �Wb OFFICE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING SUBJECT: HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION MEETING Please be advised that there is a Historic District Commission Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 1984 at 4:00 P.M. in the Second Floor Conference Room at City Hall. Enclosed, you should find a site plan and description of the only item on this agenda submitted by Mr. Tom Wilks for thirty (30) apartment units and thirty-three (33) parking spaces at the northwest corner of Seventh and Sherman Streets. Please keep in mind that this Commission should only concern itself with the architectural elements of the buildings and how they, along with the parking area, are compatible to the adjacent properties and to the district as a whole. Mr. Wilks has submitted a Planned Development application to the Planning Commission to review the density issue and other particulars on February 14, 1984. In addition, I have enclosed Minutes of the previous meeting held December 7, 1983, for your review. Also enclosed, is a cover letter and disclosure form for the Code of Ethics report required by the State. Please complete and return to me as soon as possible. Thank you. WMD/se Encls.
