less. The current FCC standards (reference: Federal Communications Commission,
Office of Engineering and Technology, Washington D.C. 20554, January, 1998 -
Information on Human Exposure to Radio Frequency fields from Cellular and PCS Radio
Transmitters) permit up to 500 watts ERP for this type of installation.
This installation as designed meets the FCC standards.

Please accept this letter as proof that American Tower, Inc, which operates the Wireless
Communication Facility, listed above will comply with The City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Ordinance No. 18,178 and provide all the required necessary landscaping to this site.
Landscaping to begin as soon after T -Mobile has completed its installation of its equipment inside
the Wireless Communication Facility, so as to not destroy or damage the new vegetation.
