Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and a strip of Land
16 feet wide lying between Lots 1, 2 and 3 and Lots 10, 11
and 12, which was formerly an alley closed by Oridance 6834
dated October 22, 1945, recorded in Deed Book 319, Page 319.
This property is not in the 100 Year Flood Palin as per Panel 7
of 24 for the City of Little Rock, AR. Comm. Panel #050181 0007 E.
dated November 3. 1993. Zone X.
CERTIFICATE
I hereby certify that this survey made under my supervision on
September 18, 1997, correctly shows the relation of the buildings
and other structures to the property lines of land indicated hereon,
and that there are no encroachments or overlaps onto adjoining
property of property covered by this survey of of buildings of
structures located on said land nor encroachment ofadjoining said
land, except as shown on the drawing. This property survey has
been prepared in accordance with the minimum standard detail
requirements for land surveys for a Class A Survey adopted by
the Americans Land Title Association and the American Congress
on Surveying and Mapoing as revised and in effect on the date
hereof.
