City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows)
Commencing at the SE corner of said N 1/2, NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence North 07'52'44' East for
a distance of 32,85 feet to a found #4 rebar on the North ROW line of Taylor Loop Road,
and the SW corner of Lot 1, Westchester Subdivision Phase VI and the Point of Beginning;
thence along the West line of sold Westchester Subdivision North 00`02'56' West for a
distance of 30021 feet to a found #4 rebar and the SE corner of Lot 27, Heatherbrea
Subdivision; thence along the SOLth line of said Lot 27 South 89`54'40' West for a
distance of 119.73 feet to a found f.4 rebar; thence continue along Slid south line North
73'03'29' West For a distance of 82,43 feet to a found #4 rebar at the SE corner of Lot 20,
Heatherbrea Subdivision; thence along the East line of the Repiatted Lot 29
South 24'37'44' West for a distance of 10112 feet to a found #4 rebar at the SE corn;' of said Replatted Lot
29; thence South 14`15'56' West for a distance of 167,75 feet to a set Iron pin on the
North ROW line of Taylor Loop Road; thence South 76`11'49' East along said North
