B. staff Analysis: The applicant proposes to construct a 6 foot tall wrought iron fence around the R-3 zoned property located at 3121 West 12th Street. The fence will be located within 2 feet of the street side property line on Allis Street and 9.7 feet of the front property line on West 12th Street. The applicant states he has suffered numerous break-ins during the past several years and has been advised by the police and courts to erect a fence around his home.
