described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and run thence N
02 deg. 16 min. 00 sec. E along the West line thereof for a
distance of 667.76 feet; run thence S 87 deg. 40 min. 11 sec. E
for a distance of 624.19 feet; run thence N 02 deg. 28 min. 59
sec. E for a distance of 416.36 feet; run thence S 87 deg. 32
min. 10 sec. E for a distance of 300.00 feet; run thence N 02
deg. 28 min. 45 sec. E for a distance of 279.95 feet to the South
right—of—way of Baseline Road; run thence S 87 deg. 41 min. 44
sec. E along said South right—of—way of Baseline Road for a
distance of 336.29 feet; run thence S 01 deg. 39 min. 27 sec. W
for a distance of 570.13 feet; run thence S 02 deg. 41 min. 15
sec. W for a distance of 791.68 feet to the Southeast corner of
