LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows.
Commencing at a concrete monument known as PAGIS Monument 2090-48, being the SE
Corner, E 112, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 24, T -2-N, R -14-W, thence N 89° 06'42* W
for a distance of 355.42 feet along the south line of said NE 114, NE 1/4 to a
found 1 inch iron pipe; thence N 01 ° 37'28" E for a distance of 396.32 feet to a
found iron pin on the south floodway line of the South Fork of Taylor Loop Creek
and the Point of Beginning, thence N 59° 22' 32" W for a distance of 50.00 feet
along said south floodway line; thence continue along said south floodway line
N 750 52' 18" W for a distance of 261.44 feet to a found iron pin on the west line
of said E 1/2, NE 114, NE 114, thence N 01* 43'43" E for a distance of 300.00 feet
to a found iron pin on the north floodway line of the South fork of Taylor Loop Creek;

RNV line of Arkansas State Highway 10; thence S 81' 22'33" E along the south R/W line
for a distance of 149 74 feet to a found iron pin; thence along said south RAN line
S 81 ° 13' 50" E for a distance of 149.92 feet to a found iron pin; thence S 01 ° 37' 28" W
for a distance of 329.91 feet to a found iron pipe on the north floodway line of the
South Fork of Taylor Loop Creek; thence S 01' 37'28" W for a distance of 355.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.50 Acres, more or less, subject to the past and
future use of a portion of the above described property as a cemetery more particularly
